Is imitation the highest form of flattery?
When a Wine Label Looks a Little Too Familiar.
Recently we discovered a lookalike bottle of Cirro Wines in China, featuring a label from a Spanish company that bears a striking resemblance to our own. While the wine itself may not be counterfeit, the similarity raised concerns about potential confusion in the market and the protection of our brand.
